Baby and Toddler Group
Sunbeams
On Mondays during term time we have Sunbeams baby and toddler group from 1pm to 3pm in St.Peter & St.Paul's church hall in West Mersea.
Why not come and make some new friends, or meet up with old ones, and have a cuppa and a chat while your little ones enjoy themselves. There is no charge.

Messy Church
This used to be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at West Mersea during term time. Although this is not currently running, we would truly love to be able to restart holding 'Messy Church' from 4-6pm in the church hall, and, in the New Year, will be looking for the volunteers needed to make this possible. Peldon and Wigborough also have Messy Church activities for children, held jointly at Peldon. Upcoming events in those parishes can be found on their pages. All ages are welcome; children need to bring a parent or carer; lots of crafts, games, stories, singing; and a meal together afterwards for everyone. There is no charge, but any donations are welcomed. Bring your friends and family; we would love to welcome you all.
In Service Activities and Stories
Junior Church
On Sundays we have two morning services at St Peter & St Paul's in West Mersea and children are welcome at any of them. The 8:00am service is a spoken service of Holy Communion, taken from the Book of Common Prayer. However, the 10.00am service of United Worship is our family service, with hymns, both ancient & modern, which we also put out on Zoom, for those unable to attend church in person. After this service we go into the hall for tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and a chat. We would love to see you at either of these.
We hope Junior Church will be restarted in the New Year, once the plans and needs have been considered by our new priest-in-charge, the Revd. Jude Bevan.

Baptism and Confirmation
